Struct JobCopyRVOSettingsToSimulator Extends IJobEntity

Copies the agent's local avoidance settings to the simulator.

The RVOAgent fields change rarely, so we can use a change filter to improve performance. We also key on AgentIndex, which changes if the agent is added/removed from the simulation.
